The Integrations section of the Aircall Dashboard brings together everything you need to manage your connected tools. It's organized into three subsections: Apps, Webhooks, and API Keys. This article explains what each subsection includes and how to navigate them.
Apps
The Apps subsection is where you install, browse, and manage your integrations.
My apps
The My apps section displays all apps currently installed on your Aircall account.
You can:
- View both Active and Inactive apps using the filters at the top of the section.
- See a preview at a glance, sorted alphabetically.
- Click View all my apps to see the full list.
Each app tile includes:
- App name
- Category (for example: CRM, Help Desk, Collaboration)
- Number of connected phone numbers
- App status (Active or Inactive)
NOTE:
If no apps are installed, the section displays a message letting you know to add your first app.Available updates
When an update is available for one of your installed apps, it appears in a dedicated Available updates area at the top of My apps, with a counter showing how many updates are pending. Each affected app tile shows a short message about the update.
Collections
The Collections section groups apps into curated categories maintained by Aircall, helping you discover apps based on relevance or popularity.
You'll see a preview of collections on the main page. Select View all collections to browse the full list.
Each collection card shows:
- A title (for example: Most Installed, Popular Apps, New Apps)
- A brief description
- Icons of a few apps in the collection, plus a +X more indicator when additional apps are available
Selecting a collection opens a dedicated page showing all apps included in it.
All apps
The All apps section lists every app available for installation, in alphabetical order.
Each app tile includes:
- The app name
- The category
- A short description
Selecting a tile opens detailed information along with an installation button.
Search and filtering
Text search and category filtering are available at the top of the Apps subsection. You can:
- Search for apps by name
- Filter by category using the Categories dropdown
- Reset your search and filters using Clear All
If no results match your search or filters, a message appears and you can reset using Clear all.
NOTE: Search and filter tools do not apply to the Collections section.
Webhooks
To access webhooks, go to Integrations > Webhooks in the left sidebar.
From this subsection, you can:
- Click Add webhook to create a new webhook.
- Search your webhooks by name.
- View your webhooks under My webhooks, filtered by Active or Inactive.
Each webhook tile shows its name, type, and status.
NOTE: An earlier build of this page showed inactive webhooks displaying a message that they were automatically disabled after too many failed delivery attempts. This detail needs confirming against the current release before it's presented to customers as fact.
API Keys
To access your API Keys, go to Integrations > API Keys.
From this subsection, you can:
- View existing keys
- Delete keys
- Generate new keys
IMPORTANT: Your API secret token is generated only once. Copy it immediately for safe keeping.
